How much does encapsulation cost?

Price depends on crawlspace size, access, preparation, drainage, and equipment. We provide a written estimate for your home after reviewing the space.

Do I need drainage as well as a vapor barrier?

A vapor barrier addresses ground moisture. Standing water may need its own drainage solution. We look at both before recommending the scope.

Do you perform mold remediation?

Our wood-cleaning service is surface cleaning only, not mold remediation. If a condition requires specialized remediation, it needs to be evaluated by a qualified remediation professional.

Can you replace a dehumidifier without a full encapsulation?

Yes. Dehumidifier replacement can be quoted separately. We review the space, drainage, and electrical access to determine what is needed.
